Cancellations on ANY tours or products is non-refundable if done 2 weeks or less before the date of travel (excluding t-shirts).
Notice of return or refund on t-shirts needs to be made within 7 days of purchasing goods.
Any notice or claims for refund or return on t-shirts or intention to cancel a booking on any tour related products or experiences need to be made to firstname.lastname@example.org
Match Day Tour Times may be affected by fixture changes and kick off times and could be subject to change. We endeavour to notify all affected customers more than 2 weeks before the fixture of any changes in line with our cancellation policy

You will be liable for any damages or breakages to tour vehicle or memorabilia at the Shankly HotelTours will commence at the times advertised or advised. We accept no liability for customer lateness and this will not accepted as a valid reason for refund

Drinking alcohol or smoking is not permitted on the tour bus.
You must be aged 16 years and under to qualify for a Child ticket pricing.
You must be aged 60 years and over to qualify for Senior ticket pricing.
